Whenever you send us your CV (either spontaneously or as a reply to an open position) it is included in our database and evaluated by our consultants.

  • Our staff initially calls you in order to verify your profile and better understand your needs and interests.

  • Our consultant then invites you for an information interview either in Milan, or in other locations in Italy or abroad. During this process, you will have the opportunity to highlight all your skills, strengths and expectations. You will receive, as well, all the necessary information pertinent to the specific role you are applying to.

  • The interview, which is generally focused on a specific open position, is also an opportunity to meet our consultant, an expert of the specific industry, as well as establish a relationship with our company so that we can keep you updated with future openings. All interviews are conducted with discreetness in order to respect your privacy.
