| COMPANY DESCRIPTION |
We are looking for a Licensing Specialist for one international fashion company – HQ Milan, Italy.
Main Activities:
• Support the arrangement and management of license agreements for the assigned categories, fostering and enforcing interests, and monitor the compliance with contractual obligations.
• Have regular communication with licensee to discuss sales performance, marketing and distribution opportunities globally in alignment with distribution strategies.
• Partner with the licensee Brand and Retail function to define the right store assortments for license categories, coordinating buying as well ensuring best instore execution for assigned categories.
• Partner with Marketing functions to develop marketing strategies, ADV campaigns and activities for the assigned license categories, contributing to the successful execution of marketing initiatives to ensure the enforcement of interests.
• Create and update visual guidelines and training materials for stores for the assigned categories on a seasonal basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent;
• Previous experience in brand management business preferrable in Fashion Industry within Licensing Groups or Companies, fashion/designer high-end brands and/or luxury brands
• Good technical skill proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Power BI and basic knowledge of web analytics;
• Fluent oral/written English and Italian

Requirements
