On behalf of a luxury company we are currently looking for a Made-to-Measure Specialist with a focus on the MTM business development.
As MTM Specialist you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer, while joining a dynamic and international environment.

| IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE |
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Be an ambassador of the brand
Guarantee high-level customer service, demonstrating a deep knowledge of MTM product and dynamics
Develop the MTM business for the assigned area according to the Corporate guidelines by consolidating existing client portfolio and building new commercial networks
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
Contribute to the development of the VIP/VIC client portfolio
Requirements
Previous experience in luxury retail
Relevant experience of 3/4 years in menswear
Business acumen and commercial mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach
Good knowledge of English, other languages are considered a plus
Strong team player
