| COMPANY DESCRIPTION |
The Retail Training Specialist will improve Retail operating model to support the growth of the Retail business. Main responsibilities: • Sell-out oriented, support the Boutique Managers to define and allocate sales and productivity objectives on a daily basis to reach monthly targets • Manage Boutiques “back-office”: sales/KPIs analysis & reporting, stock management and ordering to act proactively to resolution of store issues in order to maximize sales results • Supervise the shift allocations during the different seasonalities in every boutique to constantly improve productivity • Train and coach the Retail teams on selling techniques / Boutique shopping experience • Perform sales reporting and forecasting at a global level and propose actions and strategies for improvement • Check stores on a regular basis, identify best practices and standardize retail operations
Profile • Good experience in implementing a Retail operating model and delivering sales training within a strong Retail company (e.g. Fashion, Luxury, Beauty) • Italian and English fluent • Strong analytical skills • Flexible and adaptable, positive and proactive attitude • Team player, encouraging collaboration within the retail teams • Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad (at least 60% of time)
