On behalf of a luxury store in IBIZA we are looking for Seasonal Sales Assistants (From June 2025 to October 2025)
The role will involve the following activities:
• Welcoming customers
• Sales assistance
• Upselling & Cross Selling
• Product consultation
• Restocking merchandise
• Sharing the company´s values and brand stories

| IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE |
Your profile should have:
• Solid experience in assisted sales
• Background in luxury brands
• Sensitivity towards the product, excellent knowledge of market trends and fashion
• Management of every phase of the sales process
• Knowledge of key sales KPIs
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: knowledge of Spanish
Skills required to complete the profile:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the public
• Knowledge of main sales techniques
• Customer Satisfaction orientation
• Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and autonomy
• Teamwork attitude
Contract and compensation: Commensurate with the candidate´s experience.
