We are looking for a role of a HR Business Partner Retail for one Important Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy.
The candidate will be responsible for all HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue.
Main activities:
- Work closely with the HR Director / Retail Team in order to support the business, implement Store Business action plan
- Recruit and conducts screening interviews for store staff position
- Participate in creating a collaborative environment and foster open and constructive communication with the employees
- Manage all HR admin /disciplinary actions

- Strong experience in Retail HR activities – Fashion sector
