COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Retail HR Business Partner for one Important Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy.

The candidate will be responsible for providing overall HR strategic direction for all retail stores in supporting to business decisions and strategy from a human resources and talent perspective.

Scope and Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Italy HR retail strategy ensuring HR agenda is aligned with the retail priorities
• Provide Retail organization design support
• Lead the Retail integrated talent management agenda
• Drive the Manager Excellence Movement in Italy Retail (increasing manager capabilities)
• Lead and support HR processes that support store openings/closings
• Ensure Retail HR functional execution (including and not limited to compensation, employee relations, compliance,)
• Continuously evolve HR Retail administration and HR fundamentals (including and not limited to data accuracy, document management, payroll)

Qualifications

• Strong retail HR experience – at least 5 years
• Strong business acumen, understanding how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs
• Breadth of knowledge on HR practices, procedures, and HR laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills; engages and builds effective relationships across the organization
