Luxury brand is looking for a Store Manager for its Boutique located in Venice
As Brand Ambassador he will be responsible for delivering the business strategy, promoting the brand and achieving business objectives for the store.
He/She will act as an entrepreneur, building the business inside and outside the store’s walls.
He/she will adopt a genuine customer-centric culture gaining a deep understanding of the client, ensuring personalized service levels and building authentic and lasting relationships.
Dynamic and inspiring leader building an energized, accountable and effective team.

Main responsibilities will include:
Business development & sales management: sales goals, profitability, business development and clienteling initiatives, planning and budgeting
Customer understanding & engagement: customer centric culture, CRM,
Team development & team spirit: people management and motivation, HR issues (disciplinary, employees’ relations)
Brand presentation: product, visual merchandising,
Retail & Store operations: guideline compliance, risk management and health & safety, store digital services.
Spanish mothertongue/Fluent – English as second language.
