We are looking for a role of Digital Media and Email Marketing Manager for one of the most important sporting club with retail fashion channel in Italy.
This role, reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, will supervise all aspects of paid media planning and email presence, including the website, app, and other digital platforms, while driving the creation of new digital fan experiences.
Responsibilities: Digital Media Area • Design and implement paid digital media campaigns in collaboration with the media buying team to maximize ROAS on digital initiatives. • Evaluates the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, as well as identifies patterns and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Email Marketing Area • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads and existing customers. • Create and manage email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns. • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics and implement improvements SEO Experience Area • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. • Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix SEO issues and ensure best practices. • Update website as content changes are needed and ensure the site is optimized for SEO.
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics: - Several years of Digital and Email Marketing role, into international retail fashion companies. - Proven expertise in managing diverse digital platforms. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms : Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SalesForce, Pardot, Etc. - Experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Account engagement (Pardot), and ideally creating automations in Engagement Studio, managing field and contacts syncing through Salesforce connector, etc. - Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams; - Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
