| DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA |
On behalf of an important Luxury Company we are looking for an EMEA Retail Facilities Senior Manager.
He/she will be part of the EMEA Facilities Team and will manage the facilities and maintenance services for the EMEA region.
Main activities:
· Management of regular contracting of procurements and relationships with suppliers
· Tender process management, evaluating supplier services proposals from an economical and technical aspect
· Conducting for an insurance point of view routine, periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment
· Management of technical projects within the retail stores with efficiency and proficiency meeting deadlines and schedules
· Budget management
· Collaborate with the RSPP/H&S Manager
· Strong interaction with all the Hubs General Managers
· Management of logistics activities with internal and external suppliers
