We are currently looking for a Store Director for our luxury boutique in Ginevra.
The Store Director leads the Client Advisors to the acquisition of brand and product awareness, transmitting them the brand philosophy and core values.
In particular, the main responsibilities are:
Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by guiding the CA team to providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.
Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting missed opportunities to company management, allowing potential corrective actions to be implemented.
Liasing with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan the best product assortment.
Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines
Supporting in the organization of events and trunk shows
Supervising the stock area, providing support when required, especially during inventories.
Cultivating direct contact with the headquarters.
