We are looking for a role of HR Manager Retail for one Important Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy.
The candidate will be responsible for all HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue.
Main activities: - Work closely with the Retail Manager in order to support the business, implement Store Business action plan - Recruit and conducts screening interviews for store staff position and makes recommendations for new hires - Contribute to expense control by managing payroll and forecast/budget process - Participate in creating a collaborative environment and foster open and constructive communication with the employees - Manage, in partnership with the Store and retail Management, all HR disciplinary actions (retraining, warnings, prior meetings, etc.)
PROFILE - Strong experience in Retail HR activities – Fashion sector - Act according to the Brand values
