DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA
We are looking for a role of HRBP Corporate for one of the most important luxury brand with HQ in Milan.

As a HR Business Partner, you will provide full cycle HR support to the employees of Corporate Retail area (buying, merchandising, store planning, ecc) for implementing HR Guidelines and provide full support on employees’ relations management.

Responsibilities
• Be a strategic partner in supporting the development of the organization according to the business needs;
• Provide inputs on organizational improvements;
• Support on performance management review, retention strategies and succession plannings;
• Liaise with HR Administration team to grant that all the administrative tasks are well communicated and managed: contracts, expirations, salary reviews, maternity leaves, hours variations, etc.;
• Work on HR budget and forecast;
• Act as a point of reference between the Company and the employees by creating and nurturing a trust-based relationship.

Requirements
• 5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role in Retail companies
• Problem-solving attitude, attention to details, excellent communication skills;
• Good knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations;
• Passionate about people management and luxury retail environment;
• Fluent in Italian and English
