We are looking for a role of HR Manager for the most Important Luxury Company with HQ in Milan
We will offer maternity cover contract

| PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE |
The candidate will be responsible for all HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue
Main activities:
• Work closely with the Retail Managers in order to support the business, implement Store Business action plan
• Understand and utilize reporting tools to analyse the business and make recommendations for adjustments in order to increase sales and profitability and to anticipate staff needs
• Recruit and conducts screening interviews for store staff and/or corporate position and makes recommendations for new hires
• Contribute to expense control by managing payroll and forecast/budget process, in close partnership with the HR Director and local HR team
• Participate in creating a collaborative environment and foster open and constructive communication with our employees
• Formally follow the plan for the integration of new hires, welcome new hires and provide them with integration tools
• Manage, in partnership with the Store and Retail Management, all HR disciplinary actions
Strong experience in Retail HR activities
Act according to the Brand values
Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish will be appreciated |
