DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA
We are looking for a REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER for Scandinavia & DACH markets for one of the most important multibrand Luxury Contemporary showroom – HQ Milano

This manager will oversee the sales management activities in Scandinavia and DACH area, reporting to the International Sales Director. He/She will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for the collections.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relations with existing accounts throughout the regions
• Deliver strong sales growth to meet and exceed the sales targets focusing on business development and maximize on growth opportunities
• Manage commercial plans for the accounts and negotiations
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide support and solutions
• Manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each customer
• Plan, organize and manage the customers’ appointments during the market
• Supervise the management of sales campaigns to ensure targets are met
• Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and looking at competitors

Requirements:
- At least 3/5 years of wholesales account management or buying experience at a multibrand retailer – focus menswear products
- Excellent knowledge of English spoken and written, knowledge of German is a plus
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Excel
- Strong retail and commercial acumen required
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Available for frequent international travels
