We are looking for a position of a Financial Controller for one of our client, a fashion retail company with HQ in Como.
The company offers the opportunity to working in SW.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the preparation/management of financial statement, budget and cash flow;
2. Manage the reporting documentation;
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the management team, enabling informed decision making;
4. Oversee the day to day accounting operations;
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams promoting synergies.
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
1. Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
2. 3-5 years of experience in a retail company as Controller;
3. Experience in reporting, analysis and forecasting;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams;
5. Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
