| As Retail Operations Specialist you will be responsible of ensuring Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures of Retail Operations, including audit activities to manage compliance with regulatory requirement and Group compliance. |

What Makes Up Your Day
• Deploy Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures, checking the day-to-day on field adoption;
• Ensure all Stores’ opening and closing meet the required procedures and budget (e.g. Credit Sales procedure; physical Store Warehouse organization; managerial value for stock);
• Identify potential critical issues in terms of store operational procedures and optimize them in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency target;
• Assure that in-store services (traffic counters, fragrance, store supplies, uniforms, ...) are duly managed and optimized;
• Ensure policies and procedures related to inventory control and stock management are defined and in place;
• Monitor stock and sell through on a day-to-day basis to ensure cost effective management and the Merchandising Dept decisions are duly executed.
