We are looking for a Store Manager for one of the most important international luxury Italian Company into Wertheim Village - Baden-Württemberg, Germany
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand the brand presence.
Main Responsabilities:
• Leading, managing & coaching teams to create a ‘luxury’ store culture.
• Ensuring control, health and safety, people rostering & P&L management.
• Lead the way in ensuring store standards are consistently at the highest level.
• Liaising and keeping in contact with key account customers.
• Personnel Development and Management
• Sales Management
• CRM Developer.
• Operations Management
Proactivity, enthusiasm, fashion / luxury knowledge, management skills and problem solving are the main characteristics required.
