| For one of the most important Maison of luxury we are currently seeking a Retail Training Manager Southern Europe as part of their dynamic team in Milan. |

| PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE |
In charge of the delivery and coordination of the training and coaching of the retail teams in South Europe
Guarantee the achievement of Service Excellence, delivery of Company Client Journey, deep understanding of the company, heritage and product knowledge
Enhance the competencies of individual employees conducting training programs that will boost employee’s performance in alliance with company’s vision, business needs and core values through the delivery of a training curriculum and learning materials for all training phases
Ensure the image of the Brand is respected, the highest level of Client experience is delivered and sales are exceeded and support the vision of the Brand of being Client focused and profitable
Support the development of skills necessary to the sales team
Support any local training adaptation needed in line with local cultural difference and local needs whilst respecting Brand Global guidelines
Collaborate with WW Training Department and ensure the training is coherent and consistent within the Region
Monitor and coordinate in Store Induction for all newly hired retail employees following WW Training Department guideline
Organize and deliver classroom training
Support the organization, the yearly training Calendar for the Region in accordance to local needs and WW Training Department guidelines and build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Be in line with Regional Training Budget
Ability to travel across the countries within the Region to ensure consistency of training is delivered within that market
Follow-up on mystery shopping results and support the service evaluation and improvement needed
