We are looking for a role of Personal Assistant to the Creative Director for one of the most important international contemporary, casual fashion/footwear brand.
HQ- Mallorca - Spain
Main responsabilities:
- Managing the manager’s workflow and priorities by managing his/her schedule and anticipating steps ahead.
- Calendar Management and travel arrangements
- Office management’s activities
- Preparing for and following up on internal and external meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion sector – design sector - retail management will be consider a plus
• Fluent English – Spanish Knowledge will be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The role requires extreme flexibility.
