| We are looking for a Financial Manager Southern Europe for one of the most important Brand in the Retail Luxury Sector |

| PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE |
He / she will be responsible to
• supervise and consolidate region budgeting, closing (IFRS and Local GAAP), and reporting to EMEA Central Team and to S.E. GM across the 8 Southern Europe markets (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Turkey, Greece, Montenegro and Cyprus)
• Lead the deployment of finance projects
• Is in charge of SOPs
• Train and mentor the team of local controllers (3 controllers + 1 intern)
Main Responsibilities
• Activities on Controlling
o Supervise and coordinate the controlling Team in precisely and timely delivery and reporting monthly and year-end closures for all S.E. entities, including Balance Sheet, Treasury and cash flow statement
o Supervise and coordinate the controlling Team in delivering budget, forecasts and rolling forecast coherently with Regional targets
o Act as key contact for departments and boutiques in analyzing targets and budget alignment
o Responsible for LEASA IFRS 16 proper update and cash reconciliation in Balance Sheet
o Prepare a monthly controlling package to share with Finance Director and GM, identifying key variances vs budget / forecast and potential corrective actions to protect the bottom line
o Responsible of reporting to GM strengthening current reporting package (e.g. analysis on sales, competition, KPIs, ad-hoc business analysis)
o Support and mentor controllers and younger resources in order to guarantee high level of deliverables and create pipeline in the controlling Team
• Activities on accounting
o Liaisons with accounting Team for daily activities and share of best practices for closing and accounting in accordance with internal audit procedures
• Activities on SOPs
o Prepare 3-year plan and SOPs and share results with Finance Director and GM
o Liaison with EMEA Finance Team in SOP submission
o Liaison with controllers in order to include all SOPs HYP in budgets / forecasts
• Activities on Finance Projects
o Leader of finance projects across the countries of the Region (e.g. eCommerce, SAP, CEGID …)
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration
Relevant experience in financial planning and controlling
Strong controlling and accounting knowledge
Strong fluency in English, further languages are considered as a plus (e.g. Italian, Spanish, French)
Proficient in SAP, Excel, LEASA
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work collaboratively with team members across multiple divisions and departments with different level of seniority, knowledge and cultures
Self-motivated, curious with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong drive for achievement, ability to prioritize, good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills
Problem solving, precision, attention to the details
