We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Internal Control Associate.

| PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE |
He / she will be responsible to develop, implement and test internal control rules and procedures across the 8 Southern Europe markets
This person will play an active role in developing risk mitigation strategies, related process documentation and policies & procedures over the region.
The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with having effective written and oral communication skills. The position requires an individual that can independently complete financial and operational control activities (including accounting / finance, and retail, etc.).
Location: This role is based in Milan office, frequent travels (30%) across Southern Europe markets are requested (Spain, Turkey, Greece, Morocco, Montenegro, Portugal, Cyprus).
