We are looking for a role of WW Retail HR Generalist for one Important Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy
The candidate will be responsible for all Retail HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue.
• Manage the hiring process
• Define and deliver employment contracts
• Manage promotions, organizational changes, hiring, termination;
• Perform HR staffing including handling procedures related to international mobility, dismissal, resignation, retirements;
• Handle potential disciplinary and termination process
• People management and development process
• Develop and implement recruiting – talent strategy
• Personnel cost planning process
PROFILE
- Strong experience in Retail HR activities
- Act according to the Brand values
-- Fluent in English and Italian.
