DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA
We are currently seeking a HRBP Retail South Europe for one of the most important Retail WW Luxury Group.

Location: Spain /Barcelona- Madrid

The candidate will be responsible for providing overall HR strategic direction for all retail stores in Spain, Portugal, Greece supporting to business decisions and strategy from a human resources and talent prospective.

Key Accountabilities
• Responsible of the full employee lifecycle,
• Train and coach managerial population on HR policy & procedures and effective interviewing skills,
• Provide timely HR service to the organization, providing advice on best practices and guidance on the interpretation and practical applications of HR policies, procedures, and legislation,
• Provide monthly reports of the business, employee performance and issues, and recruitment needs in areas of responsibility,
• Continuous visits to store locations within the markets,
• Recruitment process of all retail positions including managerial positions,
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in all markets,
• Talent review and succession plans,

Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Retail HR activities
- Act according to the Brand values
- Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish will be appreciated
